Nadia R. Parra Gonzalez
Nadia Rharu Parra Gonzalez is a passionate team member with years of experience in international hospitality and customer service. After a half-decade of relentless traveling – we’re talking 26 countries over two continents – she finally settled down on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, and English, she is an extremely versatile individual straight out of the renaissance: her inquisitive mind, along with a natural predisposition for mathematics and logical thinking, helped Nadia not only become a vital asset in the business world, but it also allowed her to emerge as an accomplished chess player.
With a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Sonora (UNISON) in her native Mexico, Nadia also had a brief stint at the University of Montréal, where she studied marketing and public relations. During her time at UNISON, she volunteered as a journalist for her alma mater’s Gazette and went on to work for SKY Central America and Caribbean, a subscription media company, during her senior year. Upon graduation, Nadia moved to Playa del Carmen where she worked as a front desk assistant manager at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort. In 2012, after the London Summer Olympics, she relocated to London to become the CFO of Holiday Estates Ltd., a UK – based travel and hospitality provider with whom she later joined in New York after the company decided to expand into the U.S. market under the name Venture.
In her spare time, Nadia enjoys playing board games and strolling around Riverside Park with her husband, Giovanni, and her miniature dachshund, Hope.
